2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

The total time required to receive your package consists of order processing time and shipping transit time:

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality inspection, careful packaging, and handing the order over to our carrier logistics network.
  • Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days. This refers to the estimated duration the package spends in transit from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Please expect to receive your order within 8 to 17 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation email containing your dedicated tracking number and carrier lookup link will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information usually updates on the carrier networks within 24 to 48 hours.
